How long does delivery take?
Orders are carefully inspected and packed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, so your parcel should arrive within 4–9 business days in total. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow every step of the journey.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within Australia. Our focus is on providing a smooth, reliable experience for our Australian customers. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.

What is your return policy?
We completely understand that sometimes a change of mind happens. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Just email us at info@oziafashion.com and our team will guide you through the simple return process.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear on your statement.
